The Mammoth City Concierge is a fresh, innovative, online information portal for the active lifestyle. Do you write? do you know the trail system better than anyone else? Are you a photographer with some great scenics. Our publication is designed to entertainmen and inform. Designed to bring the great outdoor activities together with the outfitters and resources that can make them happen, in a very smart web experience.

Below, you'll find everything you need to know to submit an article or photographs for publication on our site.

OVERVIEW ARTICLES & PHOTOS
We prefer short and tight descriptions with a touch of personal experience. Photographs that help tell the story are recommended. Articles must be exclusive to MLCC in order to be considered. We prefer photographs that are non-published. Articles and other submissions may be emailed to our media department or snail mailed to Executive Editor, Mammoth City Concierge, 2541 Astral Drive, Los Angeles, CA 90046. Please be patient and allow at least four weeks before any follow up. We must have a release. If you don't sign a release, then we own it and will exploit it. That's our policy.

Checklist of what to provide with each article submitted

• Article submitted as an email Word attachment.
  
• Listed sources used in preparing the article, including interviews, books, articles, websites, and any other resources.
  
• Full contact information for each company mentioned and for each person interviewed, including name, title, company, address, phone, fax, email, and URL. Your article will be fact checked against the information you provide.
  
• Suggested headlines, pull quotes, and callouts in order to emphasize key points during promotion to draw attention to your article. "Amazing scenic hike to Mt. Whitney ends in dramatic rescue.
• Photo of the writer in a casual setting. Photos that also help tell the story.
  
  
  PHOTOS
  We want your photos. Photos tell the story better than words. We should be able to see the why from the photo! If you send us photos and don't sign a release, this means that it is OK by You and the Photographer for MLCC to exploit the artwork and that we now own it in perpetuity.
  
• Digital photographs should be 72 dpi and no larger than 4" x 6". If you are not the photographer, please include a signed release from the photographer stating it is OK to publish the photograph(s).
  
• Short description of the photo, and who we give credit to.
  
• Information release form (see below)
  
  
  The Information Release Form must be submitted with every article. Copy and Paste it into a word document and sign it and snail mail it to us.
