Rental Condos and vacation home rentals are located in 3 different areas. 1) Canyon ski lodge area, 2) Eagle Ski lodge area or, 3) in town. The differance in quality depends on which complex you choose. Many are upscale higher end units such as Chamonix, Sonenalp, and Lakeview Villas all near the Canyon area. Townhomes at Eagle Run, Mammoth Green, Ski Run Villas, The Cabins and Juniper Crest are closest to Eagle Ski lodge and chair lift 15. In town if you want luxury, stay at The Lodges, Tallus, or Stonegate, or select units at Mammoth Sierra Townhomes (#15, #18). All have hot tubs, fireplaces, cable or satellite TV and come with great lnens and towels. Closer to the snow tends to be more expenive for the convenience, and further away a little less expensive.
